Happy March, TEACH families!
As we step into March, let's gather for our monthly meeting where we'll delve into the experiences of families within our group and discover how they enrich and supplement their homeschool journey.
Have you ever found yourself pondering the different dance schools available in our area? Are you intrigued by Silvermoon and seeking more information? Perhaps you've overheard moms chatting about ACE, now renamed TRACE? And did you know that some of our TEACH kids are actively engaged in tennis? From co-ops to dance to theater, we'll explore a myriad of opportunities that have positively impacted other families along their homeschooling path.
This meeting is designed for the entire family to enjoy!
For Members Only: We will also be voting on the changes made to the Governing Documents. If you are unable to come, there will be an absentee voting form on the website. Please only vote once as a family.
We warmly invite you to join us on Thursday, March 7th, at Highland Park Baptist Church, conveniently situated right behind the Albertsons on 7th Street, starting at 6:30 PM.
*Nominations also open this evening for the Board of Officers positions of Vice President, Secretary (1year position), Treasurer, Co-op Director, and Teen Director.
Any member may submit his/her name and Board of Officer Candidate Information Form for TEACH Texarkana to the Elections Committee before the close of nominations at the beginning of the April Monthly Meeting.
A husband and wife may submit their names if they desire to run for and hold an Officer position jointly. The Candidate Information Form is available on the website.
